Pinterest isn't so much a bookmark utility, in the traditional sense, as it's primary focus is images (a la FFFFound!).

LStack (http://lstack.com) is smart bookmarking app. It allows you to quickly save bookmarks, annotate them with tags and custom parameters, group them into steams and groups, and manage your bookmarks database.

If you are looking for a free alternative to delicious, try http://thinkery.me

I have been using it for a month. Search, web clipper, bookmarklets are very fast, tagging is easy. And you can import´╗┐ your bookmarks from other services.

Have you seen http://grazely.com

Good for encrypted bookmarks and credentials, sharing groups and organizing bookmarks better.

I would have to say I'm a little biased though.

Trying to suggest a new app but the form doesn't seem to work. Anyway, http://www.start.me is what I use for bookmarks and I'd definitely recommend it.
