I've been using the new Reminders app in ISO5. I like it. You can use Siri to add items and even make your own lists. If you say "remind me to call mom tomorrow," Siri will offer to add a reminder to do just that. If you make a new list called shopping, you can tell Siri to "add milk to my shopping list" and it will.

Oh yeah, and then it automatically syncs with my Mac desktop calendar through iCloud.
