Feeddler integrates nicely with my Google Reader feeds. Clean interface; easy to scroll past headlines to select specific feeds or delete them all. Has the ability to share a feed by email or a social app. Star or like articles to keep after deleting the others.
I upgraded to the Pro version so I could cache them for off-line reading. One thing I would like - to be able to ADD notes to my Google Reader notes section.
