I've used Freshbooks since 2007. They're support is crazy good and the app is rock solid. They're consistently improving it and offer tons of integrations. I resisted using them initially, thinking their design was a bit to bland, but quickly realized that what they lack in design, they quickly make up in usability. The only other app in my opinion that comes close is maybe Harvest.
Only features missing to me are:
1. favicon support for the subdomains and make it simpler to bill with mobile applications.
2. Remove the requirement of creating a project before billing time on mobile apps. Same with adding additional staff members. You're required to make them part of projects to track time and subsequently bill the time on an invoice.

5 Amazing Support & Usability
