Notesy is a pretty elegant notes app. It handles Dropbox support well, though I always wish searching all notes could be faster. It looks nice, and I've never really felt compelled to fool with the display settings they offer. TextExpander support is a must, and it works very well.
I keep everything in my Dropbox notes directory via Notesy. Whenever I've had a question or problem, their support team has been very responsive. Hard to ask for more.
