teuxdeux is nothing if not focused and reliable. The developers opt for a few features that work well rather than many features that are half-baked, but that means it is not a "feature-rich" app. There is an iOS version, but no other mobile or desktop options.
The overall design is pleasant and minimal. The function and visual design all encourage the user to simply write down tasks and mark them done, in gorgeous red-and-white Helvetica.
teuxdeux is excellent for keeping track of a basic task list, but for someone with a longer list or GTD system, teuxdeux will likely prove frustrating since it offers no organizational tools other than recurring tasks. Still, for someone who only wants to write down tasks and mark them done, teuxdeux is the way to go.
